They hire McKinsey, McKinsey hires other companies and consultants, consults with TLC and a group of tech academics. McKinsey reports to the Mayor’s Office.
McKinsey & Co are tasked with coming up with much more than a congestion study.
They are to come up with future projections under various scenarios and a whole new regulatory system for the entire world of for hire services.
