I Don't Know This For a Fact.......I just know it's true

It's not rocket science to believe that the same games that were going on in Europe were going on in the USA, especially NY and the larger cities.
So, knowing what has been exposed in Europe, it seems proper that there should be deep digging into who exactly was guilty here for the hardships that were placed on hard working Taxi Drivers and owners. If laws were broken, then punishment lingers. This should not be overlooked!
