This is how it works , you get online , then you have to see the doorman , because it doesn't matter when you arrive or how long you stay. Then you see the doorman and depending on if you tip good enough he puts you on the list , god help you if you dont

A relative came to visit a while ago and asked why the medallion going down , I said sentiment , he basically laugh. He thought I was making an excuse. Owning a medallion and having an exclusive was wrong!!!. Well is was sentiment , sentiment for taxis is rising and so will the value of the medallion.
The law is this when it comes to FHV, taxis are the backbone, black cars are the upscale.  the black cars cannot outdo the taxi bc taxis are the backbone,
The city is the blame for the poor regulations that caused the cabs to have a bad reputation. If the regs were modern and blended into society, there would be little use any luxury vehicles.
