At least they are telling the truth! Ride share is a taxi, there is no ride share! FHVs are taxis, they just call then For Hire Vehicles, that's sort of a lie. Yellow Medallion cars are taxis just like the rest of them. We just want are rights, that they don't want to admit to!

Maybe the people will take more cabs after congestion pricing takes hold , the people might just resent the fact the bc there are too many Ubers and the like making me pay a congestion fee or take public transit, Im not going to make them rich on top of that

maybe maybe , it's not a few years ago now , the drivers that drive yellow are not switching to Uber , most i meet could give a shit about uber anymore, i think the biggest losers are the companies that lease out cars bc those drivers couldn't get a plate , owners of those plates will now divide up the pie with thinner slices, not yellows ,
